Travie's Favorite Poppy Seed Chicken

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Spray frying pan with nonstick coating; add diced chicken and season with S & P and a pinch of garlic powder, cook until no longer pink.
  2. Add both cans of soup, sour cream and poppy seeds to chicken and stir until well blended.
  3. Pour chicken mix in a 9x13 dish.
  4. Sprinkle pieces of crackers evenly over chicken, pour melted butter evenly over crackers.
  5. Bake 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until bubbly
  6. Enjoy!
