  1. Mix the mayo, sour cream, ranch and red pepper flakes, (and taco seasoningcumin if using) set aside
  2. Cook bacon and lay on paper towel to drain
  3. Spread ranch on tortillas
  4. Layer Lettuce, 2 strips bacon, tomatoes, onion, mushroom, pepper and cheese
  5. Roll up in tortilla, tucking one end under
  6. **I cut the bacon into 2 inch pieces, and saute the onion, pepper and mushrooms with it** OR leave cold, your choice
