Tortellini Pasta Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. 1.Bring water to a rapid boil in a large pan
  2. 2.Boil tortellini until it floats
  3. 3. Drain tortellini in a colander and run cold water on the tortellini for 2-4 minutes until chilled. Shake to remove excess water
  4. 4. Transfer tortellini into a large bowl
  5. 5. Mix packet of ranch seasoning with 1 c. up mayo and 1/2 a c. of milk
  6. Stir well to mix all ingredients.
  7. (may add more milk for creamier dressing)
  8. (also may make double sauce for more ranch taste)
  9. 6. Cut all vegetables
  10. 7.Mix all vegetables and ranch together with toretellini and chill for 1 hour.
