Tomatoes Tricolor Grilled Pizza

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat grill to medium to medium-high heat.
  2. Place foil on cookie sheet or wooden pizza paddle;
  3. Top with crust. Brush crust with olive oil. Spread sauce
  4. Over crust; sprinkle with garlic and 1 cup cheese. Top
  5. With tomatoes.
  6. Sprinkle remaining cheese over pizza. Transfer pizza,
  7. Still on foil, to top of grill. Grill pizza, covered, 3-4
  8. Minutes. Uncover and grill 3-4 minutes more, until the
  9. Crust browns on the bottom and the cheese melts. Top
  10. With basil leaves and arugula. Remove from grill and
  11. Serve.
