Ingredients:

  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp garlic
  • 1 cup flax

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients into vitamix except flax, blend. Add ground flax until pancake consistency. You can let ferment over night, or add rosemary.
