Tomato Basil Feta Olive Salad

Ingredients:

  • 3 5/8 oz feta cheese
  • 10 to 15 cherry tomatoes
  • 5 to 10 green olives
  • 1 tbsp fresh basil
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Cube the feta cheese or use crumbled feta
  2. Quarter the cherry tomatoes
  3. Slice the green olives
  4. Chop the green onions
  5. Chop the basil
  6. Mix together in a bowl
  7. Add the olive oil
  8. Salt and pepper to taste
  9. It is best to let it sit for at least 15 minutes to an hour if you can wait that long.
