Tomato, Basil and Vegetable Soup

Ingredients:

  • 1 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • 1 cup asparagus
  • 1 cup broccoli
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 small carrots
  • 1 tbsp curry

Directions:

  1. Gently boil sliced ingredients for 15 minutes ; blend with an immersible blender and let simmer for another 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with fresh basil and cilantro.
