Tofu Shrimp Soup

Ingredients:

  • 2 kg water
  • 210 g shrimps
  • 150 g tofu , silken
  • 40 g mushroom
  • 10 g garlic
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red paprika
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric

Directions:

  1. Boil all and simmer 20 min
  2. Add shrimp last and boil 5 min only
  3. Sprinkle coriander and serve immediately
  4. Squeeze lemon if desired
