Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. I made this on my counter-top 'griddle'
  2. Spray liberally with your choice of the sprays
  3. Sweat onions and peppers
  4. Add tofu I like to get mine a little brown but stir til mixed
  5. Choice: either scramble your eggs before
  6. Or crack onto grill and mix them there
  7. Season when done
  8. Old fogie tip:( that means you can take it or leave it)
  9. Unplug grill before eggs are done and they will finish cooking with the heat off'. Season at the end with salt pepper and chili.
