Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a pressure cooker, mix all ingredients together with just enough water to cover the kenchi beef. (except for half of the onions and garlics and cubed potatoes)
  2. Pressure-cook the beef and ingredients until tender or flaky.
  3. Once soft, drain the beef.
  4. In a wok, put in oil and sautee remaining onions and garlics.
  5. Add in potato cubes
  6. Add in the drained beef and sautee.
  7. Serve with scrambled eggs.
