Tina's Spinach Soup

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pour chicken broth in sauce pan
  2. Add a splash of vinegar to taste
  3. Chop carrots, onion and celery stalk, add to broth
  4. Chop stewed tomatoes, add to broth
  5. Add 3 cups fresh spinach
  6. Add 1/3 cup dry macaroni, I used Tubettini
  7. Add dill week to taste, optional
  8. Bring to a boil and cook slowly until pasta is cooked
  9. Whip 2 eggs and add to soup, cook 5 minutes longer
  10. Salt and pepper to taste
