Ingredients:

  • 8 oz ny sharp kraft cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp w-shire
  • 1/2 tsp onion salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp chives

Directions:

  1. Let the cheese sit out over nite.
  2. First mix the cream cheese with the cheese whiz.
  3. Then mix in the cheddar.
  4. Add the remaining ingredients. Mix well.
  5. Serve with crackers. I like sesame London rounds.
