Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oil
  2. Saute leeks celery and garlic 3 - 4 mins..
  3. Add rest of ingfedients except string beans and cheese
  4. Bring the soup to a boil, lower heat and simmer for 20 min.
  5. Add the string beans and simmer for 20 min until they are cooked
  6. Serve with grated cheese
