Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. AVOCADO, SWISS CHEESE & ONION SANDWICH.
  2. Lightly butter each slice of toast.
  3. Apply dressing to 8 slices of toast.
  4. Build sandwich with lettuce leaf, onion, cheese. Top with avocado and toast slice.
  5. AVOCADO, HAM & OLD BAY COLESLAW SANDWICH.
  6. 2 avocados, peeled and sliced.
  7. 16 slices Rye bread (or sour dough).
  8. 16 slices sliced ham, deli style.
  9. 1 tsp celery seed.
  10. 1-2 tbls Bleu cheese dressing, as desired.
  11. 1 cup Old Bay coleslaw Old Bay Coleslaw.
  12. Add celery seed and Bleu cheese dressing( if too dry for you)to slaw.
  13. Place 1 slice of ham on 8 slices bread, each.
  14. Apply coleslaw, followed by another slice of ham.
  15. Top with second slices of bread.
  16. AVOCADO, BACON & CASHEW SANDWICH.
  17. 2 avocados, peeled and sliced.
  18. 1 lbs bacon, cooked crisp & crumbled.
  19. 1/2 cup cashews, chopped.
  20. 2 tbls butter, softened.
  21. 2 tsp lemon juice, fresh.
  22. 16 slices cracked wheat bread, (or potato bread) toasted.
  23. Combine bacon & nuts.
  24. Blend butter with lemon juice.
  25. Spread on 8 slices of toast.
  26. Sprinkle bacon mixture over toast evenly.
  27. Top with avocados. Butter rest of bread and place on top of avocados.
