Thom's Rotissieri Chicken Salad

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups chicken
  • 1/4 cup green onion
  • 1/2 cup celery
  • 1/4 cup mayo

Directions:

  1. Debone Chicken (remove skin)
  2. Chop green onion
  3. Chop celery
  4. Use pre-chopped almonds
  5. Cook macaroni (or any whole wheat pasta) as directed
  6. Stir all ingredients together with the mayo
  7. Salt & pepper to taste
