Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute onion and celery.
  2. Mix all ingredients (except ritz crackers and butter) together in an oven-safe bowl.
  3. Sprinkle crushed ritz crackers over mixture.
  4. Drizzle melted butter over the top.
  5. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
  6. Serve with your favorite crackers (Club, etc.).
