Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs (large)
  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • nuts , can be added as an optional ingredient

Directions:

  1. Mix butter till smooth. Add sugars to butter, beat till creamy. Add all dry ingredients. Try not to over mix. Using a small cookie scoop (or a teaspoon) drop full rounded spoons onto cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F. for about 8 minutes.
