Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
  • 1 pinch salt

Directions:

  1. Cream butter and sugars until white and fluffy.
  2. Add the eggs and mix until incorporated.
  3. Add all the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  4. Add bananas, sour cream, and vanilla; mix to combine.
  5. Stir in nuts, and pour into prepared pan.
  6. Bake at 350 for 1 hour to 1 hour 10 mins.
