Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. In large bowl, toss together peeled and sliced apples and pears with white sugar and 1 tbsp cinnamon.
  3. In separate bowl combine all remaining ingredients.
  4. Spray 9x13 baking pan with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  5. Pour half of the apple/pear mixture into baking pan.
  6. Sprinkle 1/3 of the crumble mixture on top of the apples and pears.
  7. Layer remaining apples and pears on top and add the rest of the crumble mixture. (I like to sprinkle the top with a little extra brown sugar and cinnamon for extra flavour - not that it needs it!).
  8. Bake in oven, uncovered, for 40-50 minutes.
  9. Cool and serve solo or with vanilla ice cream!
