Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Open the tin and pour the beans into a saucepan along with the cream cheese and place on a low to medium heat. Do not bring to the boil.
  2. Slice the sausage into 1/2cm slices. Quarter the slices into triangles and add to the pan.
  3. Give it all a good stir until the cream cheese has nicely thickened the sauce.
  4. Turn the heat down to low whilst you place the buttered toast onto a large plate. Keep a close eye on the pan. Do not allow sauce to simmer.
  5. Once the beans are nice and hot (about 5-6mins) turn off the heat, stir in a pinch of dried mixed herbs and immediately pour onto the toast.
  6. Serve along side a nice cup of tea!
