The Martine Inn Cheese and Spinach Puffs

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Add onion to frozen spinach; cook as directed on package.
  2. Drain well, pressing out liquid.
  3. Add cheese, salad dressing, butter and garlic powder to beaten eggs; mix well.
  4. Stir in spinach mixture and muffin mix.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for an hour or until mixture is easy to handle.
  6. Butter cookie sheets.
  7. Shape spinach mixture into 1 balls and place on prepared cookie sheet.
  8. Cover and refrigerate or freeze until serving time.
  9. To serve, preheat oven to 350°F.
  10. Uncover balls; bake refrigerated puffs for 12-15 minutes (bake frozen puffs for 18-20 minutes) or until golden brown.
  11. Serve warm with Dijon mustard.
