Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Sift together flour,baking soda,and salt.
  2. Warm bourbon,Grand Marnier,coffee,both of the chocolates,and butter,in a pan until melted.
  3. Add the sugars and mix until dissolved.
  4. With mixer,mix chocolate mixture on medium,until cooled.
  5. Add flour mixture slowly until fully combined.
  6. Mix in the vanilla.
  7. In another bowl,slightly beat eggs by hand and then fold into the batter.
  8. Pour batter into the greased and cocoa powder dusted pans(two 12 pans)
  9. Place the batter filled pans inside a much larger pan,then fill larger pan with hot water,to within a 1/2 depth.
  10. Bake in a 300 degree oven,for 45 to 60 minutes.
  11. Remove from oven when sides are set,and center is slightly ajar.
  12. Allow to rest for about 5 minutes,then turn out on rack to cool.
