The Easiest, Tastiest Split Pea Soup Ever!

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups split peas
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp rice flour, mixed with a little cold water

Directions:

  1. Wash peas and boil in a medium-sized saucepan until soft (about 45 minutes). Place peas, sugar and salt in blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Return peas to saucepan, add rice flour, and stir over medium heat until thickened.
