The Chicken is Hiding in the Herb Garden!

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook angel hair according to package instructions.
  2. Melt butter in a large skillet on medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and onion and cook for 3 minutes.
  4. Add chicken breasts and cook for 5 more minutes.
  5. Add chicken broth and wine.
  6. Bring just to a boil, reduce heat to a simmer.
  7. Add all of the herbs and lemon juice.
  8. Allow to simmer for 10-15 minutes until chicken is done.
  9. (I usually start cutting chicken into bite sized pieces when it is 3/4 done) Place pasta in a serving bowl, add chicken and sauce.
  10. Toss to coat.
  11. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and parmesan cheese.
  12. Serve with bread and a veggie for a complete meal.
