Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pour oil into tin so that the bottom is just covered.
  2. Pre-heat oven to about 220 and place tin in for about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, Beat eggs in a mixing bowl, add flour, salt and half the milk/water and beat well.
  3. Add remaining milk/water and vinegar and beat again. Your mixture should be a little bubbly - this is good.
  4. Pour mixture into tin till about half way up the side and place back in oven for 25 mins or until golden on top.
