Ingredients:

  • 3 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 3 (6 oz) containers non-fat vanilla yogurt, light
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 2 tbsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups mini chocolate chips or 1 1/2 cups blueberries

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, and baking powder.
  3. In separate mixing bowl, combine yogurt, eggs, oil, and vanilla.
  4. Dump wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir.
  5. Stir in chocolate chips.
  6. Pour into a greased bundt pan, cake pans, or muffin pans.
  7. Bake until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, about 40 minutes for a bundt cake, less for shallower cake pans or muffin pans.
