Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. On a lightly floured surface, roll out pastryto 1/8 inch thickness.
  2. Cut out four 7 inch circles (discard the scrap).
  3. Press pastry circles onto the bottom and up the sides of 4 ungreased 10 ounce custard cups.
  4. Place on a baking sheet, and bake at 425 degrees for 7-10 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Reduce heat to 375 degrees.
  6. Combine the crab, shrimp,celery, mayonnaise, green pepper, lemon juice, onion, and seafood seasonings.
  7. Spoon into hot shells, and sprinkle with cheese.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and cheese is melted.
