Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Drain pineapple, reserving syrup.
  2. In mixer bowl, blend the pineapple, IMO, pudding mix and about 1/4 cup of the juice.
  3. Add more juice if it seems too thick.
  4. Discard or save remaining juice.
  5. Pile into pie shell; chill for at least one hour.
  6. Garnish, if desired.
