Ingredients:

  • 3 1/8 cups flour
  • 1 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups warm milk
  • 2 tsp oil

Directions:

  1. Combine dry ingredients.
  2. Add milk & oil.
  3. Knead and shape into plum-sized balls.
  4. Roll into tortillas (very thin) and fry in oil until each side of the tortilla has a few golden brown spots. You want them to be flexible and soft, not crunchy and brittle. Enjoy!
