Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put all except sping onions and noodles in big pot
  2. Top up with water if the stock doesn't cover ingredients
  3. Bring to simmer ( 98℃)
  4. Leave for 45-50 minutes stirring occasionally
  5. Add noodles bring to boil for 3 minutes or however long noodles take
  6. Serve in big bowls and sprinkle spring onions over the top
  7. NOTE: It is nice to remove the skin and bones from the chicken before serving if you have time
