Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat corn tortillas, refried beans and enchilada sauce.
  2. Place warm corn tortilla on plate and slice of cheese in middle of tortilla.
  3. Cook 2 over easy eggs and place directly over cheese.
  4. Spread beans over and around eggs.
  5. Drizzle enchilada sauce all over to taste.
  6. Sprinkle green chilis to taste.
  7. Garnish with sour cream and cilantro if desired.
