Tex Mex Meatball Soup

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large pot add oil and onion to saute
  2. Add in crushed tomatoes
  3. Add in water, 1 packet of taco seasoning, garlic salt and pepper
  4. Bring to a boil
  5. While soup is at a slow boil make small meatballswith ground beef and the other packet of taco seasoning then slowly add the raw meatballs into the boiling soup.
  6. Reduce heat and cook for about 10-15 minutes
  7. Add in rice and stir occationally
  8. Serve when rice is cooked.
  9. If you like your soup a little hot add some crushed red pepper flakes
  10. Pour soup in bowls and top with cheese.
