Tex-mex Chicken Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 small avocado diced
  • 6 cups torn romaine lettuce
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 cup salasa
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup crushed tortialla chips ( garnish )

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl combine lime juice, cumin, salsa and sour cream.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients.
  3. Toss the dressing into chicken mixture.
  4. Divide among 4 plates and sprinkle with crushed chips
