Directions:

  1. Chop pepper and set aside. Brown cubed ham in sprayed skillet and add to pepper. Chop onion and garlic and saute in sprayed skillet.
  2. In 1 1/2 qt. casserole combine all ingredients, cover and refrigerate overnight (up to 24 hr.).
  3. Heat in 350 oven or add 2 tablespoons water and heat on meadium range until heated through.
