Tangy Spicy Potato

Ingredients:

  • 600 g of washed potatoes
  • 4 tbsp of oil
  • 2 tbsp of cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp chilli poured
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • inch of ginger

Directions:

  1. Cut the washed potatoes up into little cubes
  2. Heat a pan and add the oil depending on the size of the pan, you will need ruffly 5mm depth of oil
  3. Once the oil has heated add the cumin seeds, chill poured ,turmeric and chopped up ginger
  4. Once its all mixed in throw the cut up potato into the oil mix them in cut a lid over the pan and leave it check it every so often and then turn the pieces of potato over when you can stick a fork through the spuds there ready to eat!
