Ingredients:

  • 1 small banana
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp clove
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg

Directions:

  1. Pour tangerine juice into blender.
  2. Add banana broken into pieces, yogurt, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg; process at high speed for 30 seconds, or until smooth.
