I have not tried this recipe. I got this recipe from Toast To Life.
Ingredients:
2 cups tangerine juice
1 small banana
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon clove
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
Directions:
1. Pour tangerine juice into blender.
2. Add banana broken into pieces, yogurt, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg; process at high speed for 30 seconds, or until smooth.
