Banana Bread yet   Another Recipe by Bill....its Diff

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 bananas , large
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 tsp orange zest

Directions:

  1. Mix all dry ingrediants together in Medimum bowl.
  2. Mix all liguid ingrediants, mash Bananas mix with liquid ingrediants, Combine with liquids.
  3. Pour into bread pan and bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick in the middle of the bread comes out clean.
