Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar , packed
  • 1 (13 1/4 oz) can pineapple chunks in juice
  • 1 (12 oz) can spam
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp water

Directions:

  1. Mix brown sugar and cornstarch in a sauce pan. Add water,juice from canned pineapple and vinegar; cook until thick. Cut Spam into 1 inch cubes and stir into sauce. Add pineapple chunks, cut bell pepper into 1 inch chunks and add into the sauce. Keep cooking until hot; at least 10 minutes. Serve over hot rice.
