Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. COOK NOODLES IN A LARGE POT OF BOILING SALTED WATER, UNTIL TENDER BUT STILL FIRM TO BITE. DRAIN; RETURN NOODLES TO SAME POT, MIX IN 1 TABLESPOON SESAME OIL AND PEANUTS.
  2. HEAT 3 TABLESPOONS OF SESAME OIL THAT IS LEFT IN A HEAVY SMALL SKILLET OVER MEDIUM - LOW -HEAT.
  3. ADD GINGER AND GARLIC; STIR10 SECONDS.
  4. ADD TERIYAKI SAUCE,LIME JUICE, AND CHILI GARLIC SAUCE; SIMMER 30 SECONDS.
  5. MIX SAUCE AND ONIONS INTO NOODLES.
  6. SEASON WITH SALT AND PEPPER
  7. SERVE IMMED.
  8. IF YOU LIKE YOU CAN ADD SOME RED BELL PEPPERS TO GIVE IT SOME CRUNCH
