Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut bread in 1 inch slices to within 1 inch of bottom of loaf. Do not cut through. Repeat slices in opposite dirction.
  2. Stuff cheese cubes and mushrooms in between slices.
  3. Place the rest of ingredients in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for 2 minutes- or until butter is melted. Spoon butter mixture over loaf, getting it down into crevices.
  4. Wrap loaf in foil.
  5. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until cheese is melted.
