Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1 1/3 cups powdered milk
  • 3/4 cup splenda granular
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Stir milk powder into cold water until dissolved.
  2. Microwave 1 minute or until steaming. Stir in sugar and vanilla.
  3. Cover and chill in the refrigerator.
