Ingredients:

  1. Preheat oven 325 F.
  2. Melt butter in a15x10x1-inch baking pan (jelly roll/bar pan).
  3. In large mixing bowl, beat egg white and water till soft peaks form. Add vanilla beat a bit longer.
  4. Fold in nuts until thoroughly coated.
  5. Combine sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and salt. Sprinkle over nut mixture.
  6. Toss until nuts are thoroughly coated.
  7. Spread nuts in prepared pan. Bake at 325F for 20 minutes. Stir after 10 minutes to ensure even browning.
  8. When done, turn out onto foil or wax paper. Cool. Break chunks into smaller pieces. Store in airtight container.
