Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2-1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp allspice

Directions:

  1. Rinse pumpkin seeds and pat dry; toss with butter, sugar and spices.
  2. Spread on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 300 degrees for 45-60 minutes, turning occasionally, until crunchy and golden.
