Ingredients:

  • 3 lbs of sweet potatoes
  • 1-2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1-2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 to 1 tsp cardamom
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Put oven on 500.
  2. Put 3 lbs of sweet potatoes in oven for 1 hour.
  3. Peel cooked sweet potatoes and mash with all ingredients.
