Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Cut pie crust in 1/2-inch strips. Bring sugar, Splenda/sugar blend, butter, water and vanilla to a boil in a saucepan.
  2. Lightly grease a 9-by13-inch baking dish. Arrange half of the sweet potatoes in the bottom of the dish. Layer strips of pie crust to create one lattice top. Add remaining sweet potatoes and top with second lattice top of pie-crust strips. Pour sugar mixture over the top. Bake one hour or until crust is golden brown.
