Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel and cut sweet potatoes into thin slices (about 1/4 inch).
  2. Grease with butter a cookie sheet.
  3. Lay sweet potato slices on sheet and sprinkle with seasoned salt.
  4. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes.
  5. Take out of oven and flip potatoes over.
  6. With a stick of butter, butter the sweet potatoes and sprinkle with seasoned salt again.
  7. Put back in oven 20 minutes or until very tender almost crisp.
  8. Serve with ranch dressing.
