Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Mix together sweet potatoes (leave potatoes a little lumpy), sugar, melted butter (1/2 c). Add beaten eggs, vanilla and evaporated milk. Pour into pan.
  2. Mix sugar and flour together, removing all lumps. Add nuts and then melted butter (1/3 c). Mix well until crumbly. Sprinkle on top of sweet potato mixture.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees
