Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup. of melted margarine
  • 1/2 cup. of milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp. of vanilla
  • 1/2 cup. of sugar
  • topping
  • 1 cup. of chopped pecans
  • 1/3 cup. of melted margarine
  • 1 cup. of brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup. of flour

Directions:

  1. First you want to take a large mixing bowl, and mix sweet potatoes,sugar,eggs,margarine,milk and the vanilla.
  2. Now you can pour into regular size baking dish.
  3. Then stir in the topping ingredients and sprinkle over potatoes.
  4. And then you can bake at 350 degrees for approx. 35-40 minutes .
  5. This dish can be doubled!
