Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Using a large bowl mash sweet potatoes.
  2. Add sugar, orange juice,spices and milk.
  3. Beat eggs and add to sweet potato mixture.
  4. Spread in a buttered casserole dish.
  5. For the crumbled topping:.
  6. Melt 1/2 stick butter and mix well with the flour, chopped pecans and brown sugar.
  7. Spread this topping over the sweet potato mixture.
  8. Bake at 400 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
